Prep that Puff Pastry: Sprinkle a little flour onto your kitchen counter or cutting board. Roll out your puff pastry sheet.
Slice the Puff Pastry: Cut the puff pastry sheet into rectangles. Then, slice each rectangle in half diagonally to form triangles
Layer with Chocolate Spread: Spread a thin layer of chocolate spread on each triangle. Leave the edges clear of chocolate. You don't want it to seep out.
Roll the Pastry: Starting from the wide side, roll the pastry upwards towards the point of the triangle.
Shape into Croissants: Once rolled, place the croissants onto a prepared baking sheet, leaving a bit of space between each one and gently shape them into half moons to get that classic croissant look. 🌙
Brush with Plant-Based Milk: Lightly brush the tops with plant-based milk for that golden finish.
Don't panic if your croissants don't look perfect. Once they bake they will puff up and look great!
Bake: Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 15 - 20 minutes or until they’re puffed, and golden.
Optional Touch: For a bakery-style finish, dust with confectioners' sugar right before serving. Voila, your Parisian-inspired Nutella Croissants are ready!

Notes
SPACE THEM OUT: Leave some room between your croissants so they puff up nicely. Crowding them will cause uneven cooking and soggy sides (and nobody wants a soggy croissant)
GO BEYOND NUTELLA: Feeling adventurous? Swap the Nutella for almond butter, and peanut butter for a fun twist. You can even add a sprinkle of sea salt on the Nutella before rolling for a sweet-salty combo.
