Description

This gochujang sauce (homemade) is a balance of sweet, savory, and spicy. And yes, it’s versatile enough for beef, chicken, vegetables, or even stirred into a spicy noodle or pasta dish.


Ingredients

1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons gochujan chili paste 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1 tablespoon sugar (or maple syrup or honey) 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Instructions

Mix together.

Great in: literally anything!

🔥 Spice Level: Adjustable, add more gochujan Korean chilli paste if you like.
