Description
This honeydew smoothie is so easy. Using simple ingredients and a blender. We’re talking honeydew, creamy Greek yogurt, frozen banana (added natural sweetness), and a splash of milk to blend it all together.
Ingredients
1 cup honeydew melon, sliced and cubed (discard the melon seeds)
3/4 cup Greek yogurt or vanilla yogurt
1 large banana, frozen is best
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
Add everything to a blender: melon cubes, frozen banana, yogurt, milk, and maple syrup.
Blend until smooth and creamy – about 30–60 seconds, depending on your blender.
Pour into your favorite glass.
Notes
Taste and adjust – want it thinner? Add a splash more almond milk. Too tangy? Add a touch more syrup. Want it thicker? Add more bananas.
