Description

Learn how to make 3 ingredient kiwi juice (in a blender!) This juice is a healthy snack for the kids or a cool kiwi drink for yourself. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and tastes like summer in a glass. πŸ₯πŸ’š

Ingredients

Scale

400g ripe kiwi fruit (4 medium-sized kiwi fruit), peeled and roughly chopped

2 teaspoons honey (or more to taste)

1 handful of ice cubes

A splash of water (optional) * I love adding sparkling water!

Instructions

Prep the kiwi: Peel your kiwi fruit and chop it into chunks. This makes blending quicker and smoother.

Add to the blender: Pop the kiwi, honey, and ice cubes into your blender.

Blend: Whiz on high speed for 20–30 seconds until smooth and frothy.

Serve immediately: Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!

πŸ‘‰ Pro tip: If you prefer your kiwi smoothie thinner, add a splash of cold water before blending.

VARIATIONS:

πŸƒ 1. Kiwi + MintΒ

Add a few fresh mint leaves to the blender before blending.
πŸ‘‰ Perfect for a hot summer day β€” super refreshing and light.

πŸ‹ 2. Kiwi + LimeΒ

Squeeze in the juice of a lime. About 1 teaspoon or more if you like.
πŸ‘‰ This gives your kiwi smoothie a tangy twist that’s next-level good.

✨ 3. Kiwi + Sparkling Water

Blend your kiwi, honey, and ice cubes as usual. Then, top it up with cold sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
πŸ‘‰ Instant homemade soda β€” but way healthier!

Notes

1. Use ripe kiwi for natural sweetness 🍈

The riper the kiwi, the sweeter and juicier your drink will be. This way, you may not even need extra honey. A good ripe kiwi should feel slightly soft to the touch β€” not mushy.

2. Adjust the thickness to your liking πŸ’§

Want a smoothie vibe? Use less water or extra ice. Want a lighter fruit juice? Add a splash of cold water or coconut water.

3. Blend in short bursts ⚑

This helps create a smooth texture without over-blending. Over-blending can make kiwi juice a bit foamy.

4. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor πŸ₯€

Kiwi juice can oxidize and change color if it sits too long. Enjoy it right away for that bright green color and zingy taste.
