Description
This easy reindeer bark recipe is made with just 5 ingredients and takes under 30 minutes. A fun Christmas chocolate treat that's perfect for homemade gifts.
Ingredients
200 g dark chocolate (or any chocolate you love)
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Mini pretzels (your reindeer antlers!)
Red M&Ms (Rudolph’s signature nose)
Candy eyes (the most important detail)
Optional:
Crushed peppermint candy canes
Crushed Oreo's
Sprinkles

Instructions
Melt the chocolate:
Break your chocolate into small chunks, place in a heatproof bowl with the coconut oil, and melt it gently in the microwave in 20-second bursts (stirring between each).

Spread it out:
Pour the melted chocolate onto a parchment-lined baking tray and spread it into a thin, even layer using the back of a spoon.

Decorate!
While the chocolate is still warm, start building your herd:
Place mini pretzels at the top for antlers.
Add two candy eyes below.
Finish with a red M&M for the nose.
It’s basically edible arts and crafts.

Set and snap:
Pop the tray into the fridge for about 20–30 minutes until firm. Once set, break it into rustic pieces.
Notes
Decorating ideas:
Add a drizzle of peanut butter before chilling for a peanut butter flavor.
Scatter sliced almonds or toasted nuts for extra texture.
Use white chocolate for a snowier version, or swirl in dark and milk chocolate together for a marbled effect.
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 1 week, or in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
