This viral recipe from Japan is breaking the internet for one very good reason: it’s ridiculously easy, high in protein, and gives you that cheesecake-like texture with almost zero effort.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
4 sweet biscuits of choice
OPTIONAL
50 g dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
Instructions
Spoon the full-fat Greek yogurt into your container and smooth the top.
Gently push the cookies straight into the yogurt, spacing them.
Melt the chocolate with a small amount of coconut oil until smooth and glossy.
Pour the melted chocolate over the top, spreading it into an even layer.
Refrigerate for at least 5 hours, or until the chocolate has set and the cookies have softened into a cheesecake-like texture.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt — low-fat won’t set properly
