Description
This easy 2 ingredient fudge is made with brownie mix and sweetened condensed milk. It’s rich, smooth and chocolatey, with a simple stovetop method that makes homemade fudge incredibly easy.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk into a saucepan and heat gently over low heat, stirring often so it doesn't burn.
- Once the condensed milk is warm, add the dry brownie mix to the saucepan.
- Stir continuously until well combined. The mixture will become very thick and glossy.
- Immediately spread the fudge mixture into a square pan lined with baking paper and smooth the top.
- Allow the fudge to set at room temperature or place it in the refrigerator until firm enough to slice.
- Lift the fudge from the pan using the baking paper, then cut it into small squares.
Notes
Keep the heat low when warming the condensed milk.
Stir constantly once the brownie mix is added.
Store the fudge in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
