Description

If you’re looking for an easy, quick, and absolutely amazing dessert, this 3 ingredient cheesecake is about to become your new favorite. It’s rich, creamy, and made with simple ingredients you probably already have at home.

Ingredients

Scale

10 sweet biscuits (or more if you prefer a thicker base)

1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)

1 large tub thick Greek yogurt (1 kg /35 oz)

Raspberry jam for garnish (optional)

Instructions

In a pie dish, either:

Layer the whole sweet biscuits to cover the base
OR

Crush them and press firmly into the bottom for a classic gramham cracker-style crust.

Both methods work — crushing gives a firmer base, while layering whole biscuits makes it even more quick and easy.

Step 2: Make the Creamy Filling

In a large bowl, mix the thick Greek yogurt and sweetened condensed milk.

Stir until smooth, and combined.

Step 3: Assemble & Swirl

Pour the mixture into the prepared pie dish over the biscuits.

Smooth the top evenly.

Optional: Add spoonfuls of raspberry jam and swirl gently with a knife for a beautiful finish.

Step 4: Bake

Bake at 180°C for 10 minutes.

Remove and allow to cool completely.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2–3 hours before slicing for the best texture.

Notes

Use very thick Greek yogurt for the best set.

Let it chill fully before slicing.

For extra flavor, try strawberry or blueberry jam.

Want a firmer Graham cracker base? Crush and press tightly.
