Description
f you’re craving a rich, fudgy dessert but want something naturally sweetened and wholesome, these 3 ingredient chocolate banana brownies (sugar-free!) are about to become your go-to recipe. They’re soft, chocolatey, completely flourless, and made with simple pantry staples.
Ingredients
3 large ripe bananas
1/2 cup peanut butter or nut butter of choice (almond butter is a good choice!)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
OPTIONAL: 2 tablespoons granulated sugar for sweeter brownies
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 350°F.
Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth. The riper they are, the sweeter your brownies will be.
Stir in the peanut butter (or nut butter of choice) until fully combined.
Add the cocoa powder and mix until you have a smooth, thick batter. If you would like sweeter brownies then add the granulated sugar.
Pour into a lined or greased baking tin.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow to cool before slicing (this helps them firm up).

Tips for the Best Healthy Brownies
Use overripe bananas with brown spots for maximum sweetness.
For extra indulgence, stir in dark chocolate chips.
Almond butter or cashew butter works beautifully if you want a peanut-free option.
Let them cool completely for a fudgier texture.
