Description
This easy chocolate bark with pretzels and candy eggs is a sweet, salty, and crunchy treat made with dark and milk chocolate, crispy pretzels, and colorful Easter candy. Made in the air fryer and ready in just 10 minutes, it's a fun and easy Easter treat that's perfect for sharing or gifting.
Ingredients
- 1 cup pretzels
- 110 g (3.9 oz) dark chocolate
- 110 g (3.9 oz) milk chocolate
- 2 teaspoons coconut oil
- 80 g (2.8 oz) mini candy-coated chocolate eggs
Instructions
- Line the base of the air fryer basket with baking paper, leaving a little paper extending up the sides to help contain the melted chocolate and make the bark easier to lift out once set.
- Spread the pretzels evenly over the baking paper to create a salty, crunchy base.
- Add the chocolate slabs onto the pretzels. Break up the chocolate so it fits onto the pretzels like a puzzle. Spoon the coconut oil over the chocolate to help it melt smoothly.
- Air fry at 250°F (120°C) until the chocolate is soft and melted. Check it frequently to prevent the chocolate from overheating.
- Carefully remove the pan and gently swirl the dark and milk chocolate together to create a marbled effect.
- Sprinkle the candy-coated chocolate eggs and chopped Creme Eggs over the melted chocolate. Gently press them into the chocolate so they stay in place once the bark sets.
- Place the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until completely firm. Once set, break or cut it into pieces and serve.
Notes
Note: I use a small air fryer, so this recipe makes a smaller batch of chocolate bark. If you have a larger air fryer, you can increase the ingredients as needed to fit your basket. Just keep the chocolate and pretzels in an even layer for the best results.
