🥄 Ingredients for Chocolate Bark

Note: I use a small air fryer, so this recipe makes a smaller batch of chocolate bark. If you have a larger air fryer, you can increase the ingredients as needed to fit your basket. Just keep the chocolate and pretzels in an even layer for the best results.

👩🏼‍🍳 How to Make Chocolate Bark in the Air Fryer

Prepare the Air Fryer

Line the base of your air fryer with baking paper. This makes the chocolate bark easy to lift out once it has set.

Add the Pretzel Layer

Spread the pretzels evenly over the baking paper to create a salty, crunchy base.

Add the Chocolate

Break the dark and milk chocolate into pieces and scatter them evenly over the pretzels. Spoon the coconut oil over the chocolate to help it melt smoothly.

Melt the Chocolate

Air fry at 250°F (120°C) until the chocolate is soft and melted. Check it frequently to prevent the chocolate from overheating.

Swirl the Chocolate

Carefully remove the pan and gently swirl the dark and milk chocolate together to create a marbled effect.

Add the Easter Candy

Sprinkle the candy-coated chocolate eggs and chopped Creme Eggs over the melted chocolate. Gently press them into the chocolate so they stay in place once the bark sets.

Chill and Set

Place the chocolate bark in the refrigerator until completely firm. Once set, break or cut it into pieces and serve.

Tips and tricks

Don't overheat the chocolate. Heat it just until soft and melted. Overheating can make chocolate thick or grainy.

Use chocolate you enjoy eating. Because chocolate is the star of this recipe, using good-quality milk and dark chocolate makes a big difference.

Add the toppings while the chocolate is soft. Gently press the candy eggs into the melted chocolate so they stay attached once the bark sets.

Make it your own. Swap the candy eggs for Mini Eggs, chopped Creme Eggs, sprinkles, nuts, or whatever Easter candy you have left over.

Let it set completely. Chill the bark until firm before breaking it into pieces for clean, crunchy shards.
