Description

This easy 2 ingredient pizza dough with Greek yogurt is made with self-raising flour and Greek yogurt. No yeast, rising or resting time needed — just mix, roll out and bake for an easy homemade pizza base.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups self-raising flour

1 cup Greek yogurt

a good pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Make the dough
In a large bowl, mix the self-rising flour, salt and Greek yogurt until a dough forms.

Knead lightly
Transfer to a floured surface and knead for 1–2 minutes until smooth. Avoid overworking the dough.

Roll out the dough
Shape into a pizza base (thin or thick depending on preference). I added my pizza dough to an oven-proof bowl. Remember to grease the bowl.

Add toppings
Spread marinara sauce evenly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese, and add pepperoni slices.

Brush the crust
Lightly brush the edges with olive oil (optional) for a crispy crust.

Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the crust is golden brown.

Cool and serve
Let cool for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Different toppings
Try mushrooms, olives, veggies, or chicken for variety.

Air fryer option
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8–10 minutes.

No self-rising flour?
Use all-purpose flour + 2 tsp baking powder + ½ tsp salt.
