❓FAQS

CAN YOU MAKE PIZZA DOUGH WITH GREEK YOGURT AND FLOUR?

Yes. Greek yogurt and self-raising flour can be combined to make a simple pizza dough without yeast. Mix the two ingredients until a dough forms, then roll it out immediately — there’s no rising or resting time needed.

CAN I USE REGULAR YOGURT INSTEAD OF GREEK YOGURT

Greek yogurt works best because it’s thicker. Regular yogurt may make the dough too sticky.

WHY IS MY PIZZA DOUGH STICKY

This usually means too much moisture—add a little extra flour until manageable.

IS 2-INGREDIENT PIZZA DOUGH HEALTHY?

Yes! It’s higher in protein and lower in fat compared to many traditional pizza dough recipes.

CAN YOU FREEZE PIZZA DOUGH?

Yes. Wrap tightly and freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw before using.
