Description
Jalapeno Mayo (only 4 ingredients!) has spicy jalapenos, zesty lime juice, garlic, and store-bought mayo. Use it as a dipping sauce, on sandwiches, crispy fries, onion rings, or as a salad dressing to add flavor to your dishes.
Ingredients
1 cup store-bought mayonnaise (good quality makes all the difference)
2-3 jalapenos (fresh or jarred), seeded and diced
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon garlic powder (or one small garlic clove)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
salt to taste
Instructions
Combine the mayonnaise, diced jalapenos, lime juice, garlic, and chopped cilantro in a food processor.
Process ingredients together until well combined.
Taste the mixture and adjust the seasoning with salt, if needed.
Transfer the Jalapeno Mayo to a clean jar or container with a tight-fitting lid.
Refrigerate the Jalapeno Mayo for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve chilled and enjoy with sandwiches, burgers, tacos, wraps, or as a dipping sauce for fries and veggies.
