Avocado lime crema (5 ingredients!) is the best dipping sauce to drizzle over tacos, dunk your chips in, or spread over basically anything savory. It’s silky, tangy, and loaded with fresh flavor.
Ingredients
2 ripe avocados
1/2 cup sour cream
1-2 tablespoons lime juice
1/3 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper to taste
Instructions
Add the avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.
Blend until creamy: Start on low and work your way up until the mixture is totally smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or extra lime juice.
Taste & adjust: Need more tang? Add more lime. Want it punchier? Add a pinch more salt or garlic.
Serve: Spoon into a bowl and top with chopped cilantro.
