Add the avocados, sour cream, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor.

Blend until creamy: Start on low and work your way up until the mixture is totally smooth. If it’s too thick, add a splash of water or extra lime juice.

Taste & adjust: Need more tang? Add more lime. Want it punchier? Add a pinch more salt or garlic.

Serve: Spoon into a bowl and top with chopped cilantro.

½ cup sour cream

1-2 tablespoons lime juice

⅓ cup fresh cilantro

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon pepper to taste
