Description

This Cottage Cheese and peaches (blended) tastes like summer and feels like dessert. Cottage cheese whipped into a smooth, peachy mousse that’s so delicious and it's loaded with protein, a touch of natural sweetness, and a hint of cinnamon. This healthy snack is ready in 10 minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 tub cottage cheese, (250 g)

3-4 medium size peaches, chopped

3-4 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

TO GARNISH

Pistachio nuts, sliced almonds, yogurt or mint.

Instructions

Prep Your Ingredients: If you’re using fresh peaches, give them a quick chop. Canned peaches? Just drain them and go!

Blend It All Together: In a blender, add your cottage cheese, peaches, sweetener of choice, and a dash of cinnamon. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Top it Off: Pour your creamy peach blend into a bowl and sprinkle it with nuts like pistachios (or any nuts you have on hand) for that perfect crunch.

Serve and Enjoy: Whether you’re spooning it up straight out of the blender or chilling it for a quick grab-and-go breakfast, please don't forget to leave a 5-star review and rating! ❤️

Notes

Blend Until Nice and Smooth – For that dreamy, creamy texture, make sure to blend until everything’s perfectly smooth.

For Peachy Chunks – If you like a bit of bite, add a few extra peach slices towards the end and pulse a couple of times. This will give you those juicy peachy chunks.

Scrape the Sides – Midway through blending, stop and scrape down the sides of the blender to make sure every last bit of cottage cheese and peach gets incorporated. Then, blend a little more to keep it all silky.

Chill It for Extra Creaminess – If you want a thicker, ice-cream-like texture, pop it in the fridge for about 15 minutes to firm up.

Customize the Sweetness – Add a little more or a little less maple syrup or honey to taste! This recipe is flexible, so make it just the way you like it.
