Description

Baked brie with jam & hot honey (air fryer option!) is sweet, salty, with sticky nuts, and a gooey center. The perfect appetizer to steal the show! You can make it in the oven or air fryer in 15 minutes. Yep, it's that easy!

Ingredients

Scale

brie wheel (200-250g / 13 oz)

3 tbsp of jam of choice (I love fig jam!)

1/2 cup mixed nuts chopped (like pistachios, pecans, or walnuts)

1 -2 teaspoons of honey

1 pinch of chili flakes

1 baguette, sliced into rounds (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place the brie wheel in a small baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment.

Spread the jam over the top of the brie.

In a small bowl, mix the nuts, honey, and chili flakes until well coated.

Spoon the nut mixture on top of the jam-covered brie.

Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty.

Carefully remove and serve on a rustic wooden board (optional) with extra dried fruit, crackers, a spring of rosemary, or even sliced pears with fresh or toasted baguette.

AIR FRYER INSTRUCTIONS

Place the brie wheel in a small air fryer-safe baking dish or ramekin.

Spread jam over the top.

In a bowl, mix nuts, honey, and chili flakes.

Spoon the nut mixture on top of the brie and jam.

Air fry at 160°C (320°F) for 8–10 minutes, or until the brie is gooey and warm.

Notes

Storage

Honestly? It’ll be gone in minutes. But if you do have leftovers:

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1–2 days

Reheat gently in the oven or air fryer until warm and melty
