Description

These Nut Clusters are the ultimate no-bake, quick and easy, gluten-free, and low-sugar treat you can make in minutes. Whether you make them for a healthy little dessert bite or a quick snack, they’ll absolutely hit the spot.

Ingredients

Scale

100g (3.5 oz) chocolate (dark, milk, or dairy-free)

100g (3.5 oz) mixed roasted nuts of your choice (almonds, cashews, peanuts, walnuts — anything goes!)

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Optional: pinch of flaky sea salt for topping

Instructions

  • Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts of 20–30 seconds, stirring in between until smooth and glossy.

  • Add the nuts and stir until each nut is evenly coated in chocolate
  • Spoon clusters onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Aim for bite-sized portions.

  • Sprinkle with sea salt if you like that sweet-salty crunch.

  • Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes, or until firm.

Notes

🌡️ Don’t overheat the chocolate — short bursts in the microwave work best.

🥄 Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon for evenly sized clusters.

🧊 Chill them in the freezer if you’re impatient (guilty 🙋).

🥜 Toast your nuts beforehand for extra flavor.
