❓ FAQS

Can I freeze dumplings?

Yes! Freeze them uncooked on a tray, then store in a bag. Cook straight from frozen.

How do I know when dumplings are cooked?

The wrappers will be soft and slightly translucent, and the mince inside will be fully cooked.

Can I use different wrappers?

Yes, dumpling wrappers or gyoza wrappers work best, but wonton wrappers are fine.

Why add water when cooking dumplings?

Water creates steam, which cooks the filling and softens the wrappers.

How do I get crispy bottoms?

Cook the dumplings undisturbed before adding water.
