This Miso Mayo is creamy, tangy, and delicious. With just two ingredients, good-quality mayonnaise and miso paste, you’ll have a rich, restaurant-style dipping sauce that pairs with everything.

HOW TO USE MISO MAYONNAISE

Drizzle it over a seared salmon fillet for an instant flavor upgrade.

MISO PASTE:

    Instructions

    Taste and adjust — add a tiny splash of soy sauce or a touch of grated ginger for extra flavor.

    Notes

    Use Japanese-style mayonnaise (like Kewpie) for extra creaminess.

    Add a pinch of grated ginger or a drizzle of soy sauce to enhance the flavor if you like.

    Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for garnish.
