HOW TO USE MISO MAYONNAISE

5 tablespoons miso paste (use red miso for bold, salty depth or white miso for a sweeter, milder flavor)


Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and miso paste.

Whisk or stir until completely smooth and creamy.

Taste and adjust — add a tiny splash of soy sauce or a touch of grated ginger for extra flavor.

Notes

Use Japanese-style mayonnaise (like Kewpie) for extra creaminess.

Add a pinch of grated ginger or a drizzle of soy sauce to enhance the flavor if you like.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top for garnish.

Store in a sealed jar in the fridge — it’ll last up to 5 days.
