❤️ WHY YOU WILL LOVE THIS RECIPE
Salty pretzels for crunch
Dark and milk chocolate for rich sweetness
Candy eggs for that classic Easter candy flavour
🥄 INGREDIENTS NEEDED
Salty pretzels
Dark chocolate
Milk chocolate
2–3 teaspoons coconut oil
Sugar-coated candy eggs (crushed) OR Creme eggs (optional but delicious)
👩🏼🍳 STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare the Air Fryer
Line the base of your air fryer with baking paper. This makes it easy to lift out the chocolate bark once it sets.
Add the Pretzel Layer
Spread a generous layer of salty pretzels across the bottom. This creates the crunchy base for your rocky road bark.
Add the Chocolate
Break dark and milk chocolate into pieces and scatter it over the pretzels. Add a few spoonfuls of coconut oil over the chocolate to help it melt smoothly.
Bake
Place the pan into the air fryer and bake until the chocolate has melted.
Swirl the Chocolate
Carefully remove the pan and gently swirl the melted chocolate together to create a beautiful marbled effect.
Add the Easter Candy
Sprinkle over crushed sugar candy eggs and chopped creme eggs. Press them lightly into the chocolate.
Chill and Set
Allow the bark to cool and set in the fridge until firm.
