  • Place the cottage cheese in the high-speed blender, or food processor, or use an immersion blender.
  • Start blending the mixture at a low speed and gradually increase the speed to high. Blend for at least 30 seconds. You might need to stop and scrape the sides of the blender and then continue. Blend until it is a creamy and smooth consistency.
  • Transfer the blended cottage to a serving bowl. Get creative with your toppings or add-ins. The options are endless. Enjoy

IS BLENDED COTTAGE CHEESE HEALTHIER THAN CHEESE?

IS BLENDED COTTAGE CHEESE THE SAME AS RICOTTA?

HOW TO STORE:

This keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days from the time that you open the cottage cheese.

CAN I FREEZE BLENDED COTTAGE CHEESE?

I don’t recommend freezing whipped cottage cheese. It will change the texture. 

WHY WON'T IT STAY WHIPPED?

Use cottage cheese that has a higher fat content. Low-fat cottage cheese doesn’t hold as well. The high-speed blade of the blender could warm the cottage cheese. Place the cheese in the fridge to cool and stiffen.
